Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk II to join our team at Planet Pharma. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve escalated helpdesk requests from our managed service provider
  • Provide support for AV equipment and meetings, including in-person and virtual sessions
  • Image and deploy new user setups, including computer and desk configurations
  • Manage IT assets, including inventory and software management, as well as asset auditing
  • Assist with system administration tasks in Windows, Okta, and MDM systems
  • Support and manage Windows and Apple environments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Microsoft Certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of computer network concepts and network and systems troubleshooting
  • Experience with supporting mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices with MDM
  • Experience with Active Directory operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems
