Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk II to join our team at Planet Pharma. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve escalated helpdesk requests from our managed service provider
- Provide support for AV equipment and meetings, including in-person and virtual sessions
- Image and deploy new user setups, including computer and desk configurations
- Manage IT assets, including inventory and software management, as well as asset auditing
- Assist with system administration tasks in Windows, Okta, and MDM systems
- Support and manage Windows and Apple environments
- Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in a related field
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of computer network concepts and network and systems troubleshooting
- Experience with supporting mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices with MDM
- Experience with Active Directory operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems
