Job Title: User Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused User Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that they receive prompt and accurate solutions to their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage support queue and perform ticket triage and issue resolution
  • Provide technical solutions to common issues and collaborate with developers to solve more complex issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless support services
  • Liaise with the central help desk to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Develop and deliver internal training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills
  • Write user documentation to support client self-service
  • Report on support volume and trends to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to learn new programs and applications quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also part of a team
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fluid environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service and troubleshooting skills
