Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Help Desk Specialist to enhance our call center operations and HR processes. This key role ensures smooth daily operations and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure they have the necessary resources and information.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees. Support employee engagement and address workplace issues effectively.
  • HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance. Process HR-related paperwork such as contracts and terminations.
  • Training & Development: Help organize training sessions and development programs for staff. Track and report on employee training progress.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Prepare and maintain HR reports on staffing and turnover.
  • Support & Coordination: Collaborate with HR team members on various HR functions. Work with call center management to meet staffing and operational needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR role, ideally in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and resolve issues proactively.
