Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including recruiting, policy administration, training, and other duties.
- Answer routine questions and inquiries related to HR procedures and operations.
- Process HR documentation, including I-9 compliance.
- Schedule meetings and training sessions as requested by HR and operations partners.
- Assist in preparing correspondence and reports.
- Monitor facility time and attendance, and initiate corrective action as needed.
- Assist with employee orientation and training.
- Perform exit interviews and compile feedback.
- Complete special assignments and projects as required.
- High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization and manage-up effectively.
- Solid understanding of HR functions and requirements.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
- Previous experience with Workday/HCM system preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a dynamic environment.
