Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Position Overview: The Administrative Services Coordinator will manage all office support tasks for our program. Responsibilities include acting as the office receptionist, preparing weekly documentation, processing payroll, and maintaining confidential records for participants and staff.
- The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism with colleagues, families, and external service providers.
- Applicants should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective time management, and proficiency in computer applications (such as Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.).
- A collaborative spirit, along with a friendly and approachable demeanor, is essential.
Qualifications/Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate Degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems is necessary, with specific skills to be assessed during the interview process.
- A basic understanding of insurance and third-party billing processes is advantageous.
This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance coverage.
