About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager for National Alliance Delivery. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our day-to-day activities through our local delivery partners.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Manager, National Alliance Delivery will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the successful execution of Alliance Delivery activities through our local delivery partners
  • Developing and implementing project plans that support the delivery of Alliance products and services
  • Co-facilitating and documenting outcomes from coaching training webinars and coaching-focused community of practice activities
  • Partnering with the coaching team to design, schedule, and deliver discovery sessions for new locations and sustainability planning sessions for existing Alliance locations
  • Representing the Alliance in defined venues by attending meetings, presenting papers or reports, and speaking for and representing the organization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for the Alliance mission and values
  • Project management experience, with a demonstrated track record of managing and delivering against complex scopes and under tight timelines
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to drive conversations with disparate stakeholders and ensure meetings/strategy sessions end with tangible next steps for all parties involved
  • An understanding of the impact of systemic racism in communities of color and experience working with impacted communities
  • Ability to form and sustain relationships with diverse organizations, including civil rights organizations and community-based organizations focused on communities of color
  • Complex problem-solving skills, with experience in tackling a range of strategic and operational issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with partners
  • Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey summary data from multiple sources as a set of findings

  • Familiarity with and a distinct position on the efficacy of career coaching disciplines as either a practitioner or recipient
