Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Alliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and go-to-market team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a global business plan to build partnerships with GSIs that show potential for growth with Zscaler globally
  • Grow Zscaler revenue and pipeline by developing and executing strategic partnerships with GSIs
  • Grow services revenue and margins for Emerging GSIs by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to capture them
  • Create executive relationships within the partners' Security, Network, Cloud, and Digital Workplace practices to drive business growth
  • Create executive relationships with select vertical leaders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them
  • Partner with the technology alliance team (TAP) to build revenue-generating joint offerings and go-to-market plans
  • Team with internal sales and channel leaders to programmatically increase new revenue by developing and executing strategic plans to capture new business opportunities
  • Create programs alongside the partner ecosystem to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market
  • Build the partnership brand both internally and externally to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience managing GSI partnerships
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent global experience
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% globally
Preferred Qualifications
  • Success selling complex solutions in both sell-to and sell-through models
  • Remote-friendly within the United States with close proximity to a major international airport
