About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Executive Director, School and Community Programs. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Stone Alliance Group and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

The Executive Director, School and Community Programs will be responsible for leading our school and community-based programs, including developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan, overseeing program operations, and ensuring the highest standards of care and quality.

This role requires a strong leader with a passion for education and community development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in program development, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for school and community programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective communication with stakeholders.
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for program delivery, including clinical and administrative staff.
    • Ensure the highest standards of care and quality in program delivery, including evidence-based treatments and educational services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, community partners, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability in all communications.
    • Collaborate with other executive team leaders to identify and secure strategic and philanthropic partnerships.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee program operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and personnel management.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies related to school and community-based treatments.
Qualifications
  • Relevant doctoral or master's degree in mental health or education-related field required.
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical or educational program development, evaluation, and program design required.
  • Expertise in youth education or mental health and passion for our mission.
  • 5+ years of experience working in school and community settings.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing teams.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $244,000-$250,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
