Business Development Representative

As a key member of the Marylands Athletic House Inc team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your assigned sales territory. Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also maintaining and expanding existing relationships with key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at high school and college institutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, orders, and customer communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
