Spanish-English Customer Service Specialist

Position Overview
This is a full-time, entry-level role focused on delivering exceptional customer service in a bilingual capacity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to quality health care and possess a strong understanding of customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will:
- Engage with patients through telephone communication, ensuring a welcoming and supportive interaction.
- Handle appointment scheduling, inquiries, and service referrals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collect and manage patient data accurately, providing essential health and contraceptive information.
- Facilitate effective communication with diverse populations, respecting cultural differences and individual needs.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and compliance standards, including HIPAA regulations.
Essential Qualifications
The following qualifications are essential for this role:
- Full proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare settings is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to various communication styles.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Environment
This position is remote, and applicants must reside in the designated state. The Contact Center environment promotes a positive and productive atmosphere, focusing on both individual and team performance metrics.
Additional Information
