Role Summary
As the Senior Technical Program Manager for AI Strategy and Communication, you will be instrumental in facilitating effective communication among our AI, product marketing, product management, and legal teams. Your collaboration with engineering teams and technical program managers will ensure that AI research and development aligns seamlessly with engineering timelines. You will lead project execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are synchronized on objectives, schedules, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment on goals and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting established deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a comparable role, ideally within a technology or AI-centric organization.
  • Strong comprehension of AI applications in education and technology.
  • Ability to convey complex statistical information in an accessible manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with educational technology or direct engagement with educational leaders is highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including JIRA.
  • Familiarity with SageMaker and Weights and Biases is advantageous.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in R&D and AI/Data Science settings.
  • Fluency in the latest Generative AI technologies.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected annual base salary range for this position is between $111,000 and $148,000. This role is eligible for bonuses or commissions. As a remote-first organization, actual compensation will be confirmed in writing upon offer extension, taking into account various factors such as experience, skills, and other job-related elements.
