Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary management representative responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Front of House.
● Understand restaurant financials, including revenue, costs, and labor, and drive improvements in these areas to boost sales and efficiency.
● Lead daily pre-shift meetings to ensure staff is informed of company updates and menu changes.
● Build relationships with guests to enhance the restaurant's promotional efforts.
● Act as a cultural ambassador for the organization.
● Address guest relations concerns, including chargebacks and lost items.
● Uphold best practices in human resources, including coaching, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
● Oversee restaurant cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring adherence to health standards.
● Manage safety compliance and company safety protocols.
● Guide staff in inventory management, organization, and housekeeping tasks.
● Utilize appropriate disciplinary measures to maintain standards and performance.
