At Chick-fil-A Miami Shores, the Restaurant Operations Manager role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to make a real difference. Working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Managers gain leadership experience that goes far beyond serving delicious food in a friendly environment.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team to provide exceptional dining experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. You'll ensure all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food, while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Team Development & Coaching: Assist in hiring new team members, set team goals, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and celebrate successes together.
  • Operational Excellence: Hold the team accountable to all standards, lead by example, and ensure smooth daily operations across the front counter, dining room, mobile service areas (including curbside delivery and third-party driver pickup).
  • Guest Experience Focus: Respond to guest inquiries and problems promptly and effectively. Ensure a welcoming and positive experience for every customer.
  • Financial Management: Assist with cash management and catering operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assess current systems and implement ideas for improvement, contributing to the ongoing success of the restaurant.
