Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, financial planning, and quality control.
  • Certifications: Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
