Position Summary: The Toyota Arena, a stunning venue managed by ASM Global, one of the leading property management firms, is in search of a Nighttime Cleaning Operations Supervisor. Under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the daily upkeep and sanitation of the Toyota Arena.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily operations by organizing work schedules, prioritizing tasks, and directing team members.
- Assigns staff based on event requirements.
- Assesses and verifies team performance through the evaluation of completed tasks and methodologies.
- Conducts inspections to ensure adequate crew coverage in designated areas, assigns additional support as needed, provides specific cleaning directives, and ensures adherence to guidelines.
- Identifies material, supply, and equipment needs; processes requisitions for cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and materials.
- Handles public inquiries with professionalism; offers information and services aligned with event requirements; addresses complaints efficiently.
- Processes work order requests received from the operational system.
- Ensures comprehensive safety protocols are established, that all cleaning staff and contractors are trained on safety procedures, and that safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Participates in staff training and safety briefings.
- Assists in preparing the annual departmental budget.
- Keeps records, generates reports, and drafts correspondence related to the role.
- Maintains cleanliness of floors through sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing.
- Sanitizes restrooms, including sinks, mirrors, urinals, toilets, and walls.
- Dusts and cleans areas with furniture, such as offices, and cleans windows.
Minimum of four years in housekeeping, including two years in a supervisory capacity. Experience in hotel environments is preferred.
License/Certificate:

Utilize cleaning equipment, including scrubbers (both riding and walk-behind), sweepers (riding), vacuums, etc.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
This position necessitates walking and standing for the majority of the shift; may encounter adverse conditions; may involve working with hazardous materials; irregular hours may be required.
