Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Administrator to join their team in New Orleans, LA. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with IT Operations to resolve incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including software, hardware, and network problems
  • Collaborate with IT Operations to resolve incidents and implement root cause analysis
  • Communicate effectively with end-users, IT staff, and management to ensure seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Technologies and Cisco Meraki Hardware
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred
