Job Summary

As a Front Desk Manager at Marriott, you will be responsible for leading and assisting with the successful completion of daily shift requirements. You will be the face of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving operating budget goals. This is an entry-level management position that requires strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Front Desk team in achieving guest satisfaction and operational goals
  • Assist with financial and administrative responsibilities, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and increase revenue
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage cash and credit transactions
