IT Service Desk Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Administrator to join our team in St. Rose, LA. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians and IT operations teams
- Collaborate with IT operations teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
- CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
