Sales Role: CTV Advertiser Solutions

This role requires strong communication skills with stakeholders across both PubMatic and our clients, from associate to senior leadership. Internally, the role requires close collaboration with groups including Technical Operations, Publisher Sales, Publisher Account Management, local and global Ad Solutions team members, and the global Product Management teams.

  • Drive sales of CTV/OTT inventory across all major agencies and advertisers, working in partnership with the generalist sales team.
  • Grow platform spend to meet and exceed goals while continuously prospecting new business.
  • Identify the right decision makers within in-house teams to pitch the value and drive activation of CTV/OTT business.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and ongoing direct client management and entertainment.
  • Work with ad partners proactively to provide media packaging of publisher opportunities resulting in higher publisher revenue.
  • Create activation paths for direct clients to access media, such as auction packages.
  • Develop a strong understanding of PubMatic's technology and media solutions from an intellectual and applied perspective; communicate the value proposition to drive business growth.
  • Develop strong cross-functional working relationships with internal partners.
  • Attend mobile-specific industry events and conferences to network and grow your industry knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience for CTV/OTT with agencies and advertisers.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising, including pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends, and buying technologies.
  • Proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to convey data and analysis to drive business.
  • Strong presentation (Including PowerPoint) and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible, start-up mindset with proven success in fast-paced environments.
Estimated Salary Range:

$155,000 - $185,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
