Roku is revolutionizing the way businesses reach their target audience through streaming advertising. We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team and drive demand generation for our self-serve streaming ad platform.

This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in closing large, complex deals with enterprise advertisers and key stakeholders at their agencies. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in the video, streaming, TV, display, social, mobile, and/or custom content space. A successful background in managing Account Executives and driving revenue growth is essential.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $156,000 - $234,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for incentive compensation/commissions, health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
