Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet guests and provide personalized service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception desk, lobby, and surrounding areas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
