We are currently seeking a qualified Project Engineer to contribute to a major water treatment facility project. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong commitment to large-scale civil water infrastructure and a desire to make a significant impact.

As a Project Engineer in our Civil Infrastructure division, you will play a crucial role in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quantity takeoffs and surveys to effectively manage contract progress and reporting.
  • Oversee complex subcontracted scopes, ensuring proper administration and monitoring of progress.
  • Assist in project initiation activities and maintain a thorough understanding of contract obligations.
  • Review subcontractor submissions for compliance with project specifications and coordinate with design teams.
  • Support site inspections to identify installation deficiencies and oversee systems commissioning.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support project success.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years of relevant construction experience in an operational capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, project health and safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to construction challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with proven flexibility.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in formulating and administering contracts and subcontracts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new technologies.
