Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timelines in collaboration with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager
  • Investigate and rectify questionable job cost entries
  • Create and manage project construction schedules along with cash flow documentation
  • Participate in pre-planning sessions and agency meetings
  • Handle change orders, force accounts, and back charges
  • Support project completion processes
  • Generate project progress evaluations

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Primavera
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License
  • Capacity to work extended hours and manage high-pressure scenarios
  • Familiarity with construction machinery and regulatory standards
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Experience in Water/Wastewater projects is advantageous

Educational Background & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; OR
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience; OR
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training
