Position Summary


As a Guest Services Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and members through professional interactions, account management, and a thorough understanding of Lakeshore Sport & Fitness offerings.

You will proactively address member inquiries and fulfill their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist members in a courteous and professional manner at all times
  • Promptly and attentively respond to member requests
  • Verify member access by scanning membership cards and addressing any inquiries regarding their accounts
  • Handle sales transactions for members, including payments for programs, services, and products
  • Collect and accurately relay member documentation, such as address updates, electronic payments, and other paperwork
  • Ensure all incoming calls are answered professionally and directed to the appropriate personnel

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

  • At least six months of experience in customer service is preferred
  • A minimum of six months of experience in a reception role is preferred
