The Front Desk Representative will leverage their knowledge and collaborate with various hotel departments (from housekeeping to concierge and beyond) to anticipate and fulfill our guests' requirements.
Passion for the local culture and offerings, along with meticulous attention to detail—from the information provided to guests to the accuracy of transactions—is crucial.
Regardless of your role, certain elements are vital for success: ensuring a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance, safeguarding confidentiality, complying with quality assurance standards, and protecting company assets.
The role of Front Desk Representative involves being active and mobile (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and engaging in hands-on tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance).
Mastering these responsibilities, along with any additional tasks that arise, forms the foundation of this position.Ultimately, the hallmark of the Front Desk Representative role is delivering an exceptional guest experience, inspiring both guests and team members to embrace discovery.

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
