We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative. The ideal candidate will interact directly with guests, assisting them with check-ins and offering information about the services available. As the first point of contact, you understand that your interactions can set the tone for the entire guest experience, significantly influencing their perception of our brand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a memorable first impression to our guests, showcasing a genuine passion for exceptional service.
  • Engage with and assist guests both in person and via phone on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, proficiency in using a computer for check-in and check-out processes, and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and confidence.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
  • Regular use of a computer and various software applications is required.
  • This role involves continuous movement and standing, with occasional lifting or moving of items up to 20 pounds.
  • Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
  • Complete other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry is required.
  • Familiarity with Opera, Booking, and TripAdvisor is advantageous.
