Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk with a solid background in managing daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process vendor invoices through electronic systems while maintaining accurate vendor and customer records.
  • Prepare and execute payments to vendors, ensuring reconciliation of invoices with purchase orders and handling related reports.
  • Conduct bank statement reconciliations, credit card statement reviews, and other financial documentation to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Support audit preparations by compiling necessary documents and providing essential information to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
  • Prior experience with an accounting ERP system in a corporate context.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
