About Moxion Power Co.:
We are an innovative manufacturer specializing in all-electric mobile power and energy storage solutions. Our mission is to replace traditional diesel generators with advanced, silent, and emissions-free mobile battery stations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily accounting activities, including:
   a. Management of accounts payable and receivable
   b. Coordination of month-end closing processes
   c. Oversight of treasury functions and capital assets
   d. Administration of ERP systems
2. Ensure adherence to GAAP and implement necessary accounting principle changes.
3. Enhance existing systems and procedures; initiate corrective actions and develop protocols for continuous improvement.
4. Establish and enforce appropriate accounting methods, policies, and principles.
5. Monitor and report on operational objectives and key results (OKRs).
6. Collaborate with external accountants for financial reporting.
7. Drive the further development of ERP and related accounting software.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Proven experience in managing accounting operations, including AP, AR, and month-end close.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting for inventory and fixed assets.
- Proficiency in ERP and accounting software, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
