Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Guest Services Coordinator to become a vital part of our team.
The Guest Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager while ensuring that all guests receive attentive, friendly, and efficient service from the moment they arrive until their departure.
The ideal candidate will be adept at optimizing room revenue and occupancy rates while fostering a welcoming and service-driven atmosphere for all guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager in the daily operations of the front desk
- Deliver attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests from pre-arrival to post-departure
- Enhance room revenue and occupancy levels
- Listen to, comprehend, and address concerns and issues raised by guests and colleagues
- Analyze financial information and data, utilizing basic arithmetic skills
- Engage with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company standards, adapting to the scheduling needs of the hotel
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel front desk role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
