Job Summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance the guest experience
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Register guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and manage room assignments
    • Handle guest requests, including room changes, amenities, and services
    • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and improve overall service
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred
    • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions

    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
    • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
