Location: Las Vegas, Nevada


Vice President of Marketing

As the Vice President of Marketing of In The Moment, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing, advertising, programming and sales strategies across various projects. Your leadership will drive the organization's communication, branding, sales, positioning, and marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence in the market. You will work closely with the project teams and the managing partners to deliver exceptional results.


Strategy and Leadership:

·      Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for the selected projects, encompassing internal and external communication, media relations, and branding.

·      Create, nurture, and evolve the brand's identity, creative assets, voice, and communication tone.

·      Lead marketing strategy and execution across diverse media channels, including media partnerships, paid media, search, paid social, display, affiliates, and emerging digital platforms.

·      Provide oversight and support for the company-wide Entertainment & Booking Strategy, including budget management, artist relations, and event planning.

·      Maintain artist-relations teams to ensure seamless experiences for talent from booking through execution.

·      Work with operational teams to expand on SOP's and processes related to marketing operations.


Campaign Management and Optimization:

·      Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies to enhance ROI.

·      Continuously assess the effectiveness of existing marketing programs, making real-time adjustments as needed.

·      Develop segmentation, competitive analysis, and market intelligence to inform prospecting, lead generation, product development, and communication strategies.


External Presence and Branding:

·      Set and guide external marketing strategies for various projects, including web, print, advertising, social media, video, photography, and PR.

·      Develop and execute project-specific marketing plans, programs, timelines, and budgets, prioritizing revenue-generating initiatives.


Digital Marketing Expertise:

·      Lead the ideation and creative strategy for digital campaigns across platforms.

·      Implement advanced targeting and segmentation techniques to optimize

campaign performance.

·      Regularly analyze digital media and website metrics to measure success and

recommend improvements.


Team Management and Collaboration:

·      Analyze and report on digital media and website metrics, leading digital campaign ideation, creative strategy, targeting, SEM, and CMS management.

·      Collaborate with external agencies for optimal execution of digital marketing

initiatives.

·      Build and manage a dynamic team of marketing, design, branding, entertainment, and artist relations professionals.

·      Cultivate partnerships with external agencies to ensure seamless execution across all marketing channels.

·      Advocate for the adoption of new digital marketing strategies and technologies to enhance sales, customer awareness, and experiences.


Innovation and Adaptability:

·      Champion the adoption of new digital marketing strategies, technologies, and tools that enhance sales and customer experiences.

·      Encourage the marketing team to think creatively and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.


Leadership and Communication:

·      Collaborate with peer leaders to align marketing strategies with overall organizational objectives.

·      Communicate effectively with senior leadership and ownership on strategy implementation, progress, and results.

·      Present strategic recommendations and decisions to stakeholders, backed by data and insights.


Mentorship and Team Development:

·      Create innovative marketing strategies with a digital-first mindset, adapting quickly to changing market conditions.

·      Collaborate with peer leadership to formulate strategic recommendations and align on key decisions.

·      Advise ownership and senior leadership on program strategy, implementation, and communication planning.

·      Influence effectively across the organization and build a positive culture within the marketing department.

·      Serve as a team leader, developing marketing talent through coaching, mentoring, training, and appropriate discipline.

·      Follow company procedures and policies to ensure effective team management.
