Job Summary

The Market Segment Manager will drive business growth by leading Liquibox's strategic relationships with key customers. This role is responsible for delivering sales and profit objectives by building strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer-specific growth strategies to drive revenue and margin growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the value proposition and drive sales growth.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business growth agendas and key areas of focus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or applicable technical field.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in flexible or packaging or consumer products industry.
  • Strong customer focus, drive for results, negotiating skills, and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Suite.

Work Environment:

This role is remote with up to 50% travel.
