Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
  • Conduct cost assessments for change orders and manage negotiations.
  • Administer project budgets and authorize expenditures.
  • Handle contract management and subcontractor agreements.
  • Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compile and maintain comprehensive project documentation and closeout materials.
  • Conduct project inspections and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with previous clients to secure repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Leader on projects exceeding $2 million.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in establishing project timelines and budgets.
  • Experience in cost estimation and negotiation processes.
  • Able to lead effective, multi-disciplinary meetings.
  • Demonstrated history of stability and success in project management.
