Job Title: Business Development Executive

Altus Industries II, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in the Northeast Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
