Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging commercial and residential construction experience
- Collaborate with the team to drive sales and growth initiatives
- 2-5+ years of experience in restoration and business development
- 1-5+ years of sales and growth experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a degree in a related field
- Commercial and residential construction experience, with a background in reconstruction and mitigation
- Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to travel within the territory
