Job Title: Business Development Executive

Altus is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in the healthcare technology market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry
  • Pursue and close new business opportunities, including OEM contract manufacturing deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Experience working in the healthcare technology industry is a plus
