About the Role

Marcus Evans is a global business intelligence and event marketing company seeking a skilled Account Executive to develop new accounts and manage client relationships. This is an in-person role located in our Grand Rapids office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through various channels.
  • Negotiating and closing contracts with C-level decision makers.
  • Keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.
  • Traveling to destination cities nationwide to tend to clients.

Requirements

  • 5 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably with a high-priced product.
  • Prospecting and outreach experience, including cold calling C-level executives.
  • Pipeline management and research skills.
  • Leadership potential, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

What We Offer

  • 8%-10% commission on sales, with average deals ranging from $35k-$90k for entry relationships and $150k-$250k on repeat relationships.
