Business Development Specialist

At Harrison Gray Search and Consulting LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Develop and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client onboarding
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
