Position Summary
We are in search of a Client Account Coordinator to effectively represent our advanced imaging products, MK-6240 and NAV-4694. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless account management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and the capability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish new ordering accounts and manage clinical studies.
  • Review onboarding requests for accuracy and coordinate with the onboarding team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Input new accounts and clinical studies into the account management system, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and address account-related issues within the online ordering system.
  • Process account modifications in collaboration with pharmacy and internal partners to ensure alignment across all systems.

Customer Service:

  • Engage with customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide informed assistance regarding orders and customer needs.
  • Support customers with urgent order requests by liaising with pharmacy and other business units.
  • Manage cancellations and order changes, ensuring timely communication of updates to customers.
  • Inform customers about pharmacy disruptions and assist with rescheduling as necessary.
  • Educate customers on the ordering process, including cut-off periods and order availability.

Order and Product Management:

  • Investigate and resolve invoicing inquiries, making necessary adjustments.
  • Process invoices within the Lantheus ERP system, verifying pricing and account details for accuracy.
  • Assist management with order reconciliation to uphold data integrity.
  • Address additional requests and projects as assigned by leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
  • This role requires on-site presence three days a week.
