Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a variety of projects from initial planning through to completion.
  • Evaluate project proposals and requirements while ensuring necessary permits and utility services are obtained.
  • Coordinate procurement processes and shipping timelines for materials.
  • Analyze electrical schematics and specifications.
  • Identify potential cost-saving measures and risk factors.
  • Draft change orders and requests for information as necessary.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, field personnel, suppliers, and sales teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
  • Participate in site meetings and provide support to field personnel.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to foremen and field teams.
  • Establish clear objectives and expectations for foremen and field staff.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities and ensure project accountability and decisiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive outlook towards clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized with proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical regulations and strong analytical skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience managing commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in construction estimating.

Security Clearance/Confidentiality: Desired

Ability to commute to the designated work location.

This role requires onsite presence.
