Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update transportation routes using specialized software efficiently.
- Analyze route data and generate reports to identify trends and suggest enhancements.
- Review data from vehicle tracking systems and communicate findings to the route manager.
- Assist in training and providing support to drivers on new technologies and routing protocols.
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks that require sound judgment and discretion.
- Collaborate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely service delivery.

- Weigh all trucks as a certified weigh master.
- Interact with colleagues and clients in a professional and ethical manner.
- Adhere to departmental and company procedures.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, which are crucial for the company's operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of the business, adapting to evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an office environment.
- Ability to follow both oral and written instructions to complete tasks.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Must be an adaptable team player within a small office setting.
- Typing speed of 45+ words per minute and proficiency in 10-key data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (or similar email applications).
- Travel requirements are minimal, less than 5%.
Physical Requirements:
Constantly (over 2/3 of the time):
- Operate computers and other office equipment such as calculators, copiers, and printers.
- Remain stationary for 50% or more of the workday.
- Complete tasks under time constraints with frequent interruptions.
- Review documents, organize data, and ensure the accuracy of information.
Frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time):
- Move throughout the office to access files and equipment.
- Communicate with coworkers and clients, exchanging accurate information in person, via phone, and through electronic means.
Occasionally (under 1/3 of the time):
- Lift materials or documents weighing up to 25 pounds.
