Role: Client Engagement Coordinator

The Client Engagement Coordinator will oversee all aspects of multi-channel customer support, demonstrating outstanding verbal communication skills via phone interactions. This role requires collaboration with team members and a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. All members of the Client Engagement team are tasked with positively representing the Artful Home brand, ensuring that best practices are consistently applied to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aligns with Artful Home's mission, vision, and values, prioritizing the interests of the company, its team members, artisans, and customers in all tasks.
  • Fosters an inclusive environment where all team members are respected and encouraged to contribute to achieving business objectives.
  • Processes incoming orders received through phone, mail, or online platforms.
  • Monitors order status and conducts follow-ups as necessary.
  • Manages orders from online marketplaces.
  • Addresses customer inquiries related to products, services, and online channels.
  • Oversees online order reviews and processing.
  • Assists management in the training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Adheres to established guidelines to deliver exceptional customer support and service.
  • Develops opening and closing procedures.
  • Gains comprehensive knowledge of product offerings.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • May require overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus.
