ABM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Quality & Reporting Analyst to significantly contribute to the development and enhancement of reports, dashboards, and analyses that are essential for daily operations as well as for ad-hoc assessments. This role is centered on reporting and analysis related to Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and the ability to present complex talent acquisition data in a clear and actionable format for various organizational levels.
This position supports a Hybrid Work Arrangement and is available in any of our ABM offices.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the analysis of key performance indicators (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA) related to candidate, hiring manager, HR, and recruiter experiences, including routine and on-demand reporting. Conducting audits and assessments of recruitment and HR processes to identify improvement opportunities and generate quality data reports. Collaborating on the creation, publication, and scheduling of reports for dashboards to meet business needs. Contributing to the design of visual reports and KPI scorecards utilizing Power BI desktop. Supporting TA and HR leaders with actionable insights and project performance through market-based reporting. Compiling and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate performance. Providing market analysis reports and insights to inform recruitment strategies. Assessing recruitment effectiveness by measuring costs associated with sourcing, leads, and hires. Assisting in delivering end-user training, technical demonstrations, and presentations.Qualifications – Education & Experience
A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent relevant work experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting and HR reporting with a strong focus on quantitative and analytical skills. Proficiency in researching and analyzing data, developing findings, and presenting tailored briefings for various stakeholders, along with synthesizing large datasets into executive-level summaries. Experience in configuring reporting dashboards. Background in creating engaging visualizations for presentations. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (preferred). Competency in Power BI for constructing and maintaining dashboards (preferred). Previous exposure to Smartsheets, MS Access, and MS Power Apps (preferred). Familiarity with labor market analysis tools, such as EMSI/Lightcast, Talent Neuron, etc. (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Qualifications – Other Skills, Abilities & Knowledge

Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately, including data mining and ad hoc reporting. Proven ability to present data to leadership in a clear and actionable format. Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, planning and coordination skills, and the ability to multitask and reprioritize as necessary. Results-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to handle any task regardless of size.
