Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Washington State. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing commercial brand and channel priorities in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the spirits and/or beverage industry
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proven success in formulating account strategies and executing against them to drive results
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques
  • Strong relationship building skills and collaborative spirit
