Job Summary

EMERSE SALES US INC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within a specified geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve stated monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives and objectives.
  • Manage customer relationships to drive customer Net Promoter Score through weekly in-person visits.
  • Provide annual territory sales action plan with geographical intelligence, at-risk accounts, and investments.
  • Collaborate with credit department to manage territory's accounts receivable.
  • Ensure customers execute oil company promotions and loyalty programs.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree in Business and/or at least 5 years of sales experience.
  • Success in account/relationship management and reaching the company's sales targets on time.
  • Success in creating long-term relationships, understanding customer demands, while generating growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent computer skills.
