Territory Sales Manager

Zwilling J.A. Henckels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all business facets of a retail account, including sales, administration, and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow independent cutlery/gourmet retailers and select mid-size regional accounts
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve incremental account growth and potential new accounts
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with store owners, buyers, managers, and selling associates
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Marketing department on advertising opportunities
- Negotiate space allocations, brand adjacencies, and visual opportunities
- Minimum 4-year college degree
- Minimum 3-5 years field sales experience in branded consumer products
- Strong background in wholesale/retail housewares sales, promotion, and merchandising
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Base Salary up to $85,000.00 per year contingent upon experience. Willingness to travel overnight, minimum 60% to 70%.
