Position Overview
ProSidian is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager for the FERMILAB initiative. This role involves providing Program and Project Management Solutions related to the Proton Improvement Plan II Project (PIP-II) Construction Administration Support Services.

The selected candidate will be part of the ProSidian Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment Sector Group, focusing on tailored solutions to meet global needs and manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and analyzing structures that are safe, functional, and visually appealing.
  2. Developing specifications, selecting materials, and creating detailed drawings and plans.
  3. Conducting structural behavior analysis under various loads using advanced simulations to ensure safety and compliance.
  4. Performing site surveys and inspections to evaluate environmental factors affecting project integrity.
  5. Overseeing construction processes to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  6. Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  7. Collaborating with architects, builders, and project managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  8. Engaging in research and development to explore new materials and techniques for structural design.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related area.
- Strong project management skills, including budget, schedule, contract, and team management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and project management tools.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams while working collaboratively.
