About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at Actalent. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex building projects from conceptual design to construction administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and specifications, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and general contractors to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Oversee construction administration and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Accredited degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect.
• 10+ years of experience in project management and leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Revit and ability to produce full sets of construction documents independently.
• Experience working in municipal or education sectors.
