Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at NEWCO SHARPE PROJECT DEVELOPMENTS LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of our office, including supervising office staff and vendors.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repair work, ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment.
    • Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furniture, including procurement and maintenance.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events, including travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
    • Support human resource processes, such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
    • Coordinate with IT support for technology management and troubleshooting.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
    • Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems to improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative operations or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
