Key Responsibilities- Front-end Operations
- Manage the corporate credit card program, including processing applications and vendor setup
- Coordinate business filings for over 200 entities
- Process sales tax exemption applications and renewals
- Assist with monthly reporting of credit card activity and reconciliation of corporate travel
- Backup for employee travel profile audits
- Back-end Operations
- Assist with management of travel and credit card platforms
- Generate and analyze system reports to ensure compliance with company policies
- Oversee and manage activities of the travel program
- Backup for business filings and corporate credit card applications
- Customer Support
- Provide optimal customer service support for employee travel and corporate credit card concerns
- Employee on-boarding of the travel booking platform and travel program initiatives
- Resolve issues and implement new requirements with internal customers and third-party service providers
- Project Management
- Assist with various improvement projects
- Manage projects, track status, coordinate testing efforts, and prepare test cases
- Administrative Support
- Provide overall administrative support to the Director
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Project management experience preferred
- Proficient user of computer systems, with the ability to utilize MS software applications in a Windows environment
- Experience with advanced Excel functions and NetSuite
- Ability to create materials and provide presentations
- Effective communication and support skills
- Confidentiality
